Cant load custom field values

sorry for my poor English.
I am developing a website to let users send guides about a game. Your plugin realy facilitated my life , but I have a problem and I cant solve. I search the FAQ , the official website and all the forum beyond google before coming here … if you skipped something , sorry.
The problem is that the [select] option is not loading the custom field values ??that i have created . I use the plugin CCTM ( custom content type manager ) to create custom post type and custom fields , among other reasons , and i still use the Shortcoder plugin to add HTML in the custom fields .
I really liked this plugin but so far the only way I found was to manually add the values ??, however, it is too tiring. By my calculations , I will have to re-add about 800 values. I do not believe that there is no easy way to solve. Any help ?
