Can’t load Users page (users.php)

    I’ve got a new blog that I’m running, and I’m having an issue with my production instance where when logged in as admin, and you click on the Users button in the sidebar, the Author & Users page isn’t loading up. I get the icon and the “Users” title in the header, but the rest of the page is empty.

    The odd thing is I don’t see this problem on my local instance. I’ve tried disabling all the plugins, and the issue still persists.

    Does anyone have any ideas on what might be causing this, or how I might at least go about troubleshooting it?

    Have you tried:

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-related problems?

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    How do I reset the plugins folder through the db?
