    Hello, the setting page won’t load correctly so it doesn’t allow me to input the settings.
    Please find video link below

    I’ve disabled all plugins, cleared the cache and also tried a new theme.
    The page sometimes opens for a split second then the loading screen loads in

    Thanks for reaching out! Just to clarify, how far were you able to go, when following the setup and configuration steps?

    Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.?

    Additionally, could you also provide us with the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    Once you’ve copied each, you can use https://pastebin.com/ for pasting it there and sharing it with us.

    Hi Pepe

    So I actually managed to get it sorted once. However, I installed the app on another WooCommerce store and I think it overrides the info (Same merchant email). So I went back to systemxrenew.co.uk to add a different merchant account that’s when the error is happening

    It’s almost like I need a full plugin reset. But deleting and re-uploading the plugin doesn’t seem to do the trick

    Just an update, managed to get this far

    I can stop the page from loading if I’m quick enough and the buttons seem to work

    From the logs it does seem like it’s still trying to connect to the old merchant account

    Thanks for the update. that’s what it seems like to me as well.

    At this point I recommend disconnecting and beginning the onboarding process again.

    Please navigate to the debugging page: https://systemxrenew.co.uk/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page

    Click the ‘MC Disconnect’ and ‘Disconnect Google Account’ buttons.

    After this, you should be able to restart the onboarding process and authenticate your accounts again. Please make sure you are logged into the correct Google account when going through these steps.

    If that doesn’t work, please to go WooCommerce.com/support and open a ticket with us, referencing this forum thread.
