• I’m trying to locate a custom.css file I had created for https://www.myhiddengems.co.uk (foundry child theme). I can’t locate it on the server but know it’s being used.

I’ve used Google chrome inspector to help try and locate the file by using the sources tab. It does show a file in the root of https://www.myhiddengems.co.uk folder called (?custom-css=ebb162734f). this is the custom.css file i created a while back. when checking with filezilla the file isn’t present in the root folder.

I did create a new custom.css file which I uploaded to my Foundry child theme but when I made any changes to the custom.css these changes didn’t have any effect. I recently deleted as it had no effect.

If any one can help I’d really appreciate it.

Try deactivating your plugins to explore whether any could be responsible. This “custom-css=…” isn’t normally part of a Child Theme from themes distributed on www.ads-software.com, but as you’re using a commercial theme you need to contact your theme author for support.
