Can't locate Social Author Info box

You can get to the main settings by going to your dashboard and clicking Social Author Bio.

To get to the settings for an individual author go to your dashboard and click on Users->your profile (to edit your settings) or Users->All users (and select a user to edit their profile)

I think it’s the last one you are looking for. The short answer is it is in the User’s profile.
