can't log in

  • My username is my email, but when I try to log in it tells me to use my user name and not my email. So confused! It worked yesterday.

  • Assuming you are using cPanel, log into your cPanel account and then go to phpMyAdmin, and look for Users database, note that your user database could have a different name (e.g; johnusers, andyusers, etc) depending on the prefix you have used when installing WordPress. You will find your info including your email and the username associated with the email there.

    Unfortunately this did not resolve my issue as my user name is my email address and there is no other name associated with it. Perhaps it is a site problem and I should try again later?
