• I can’t log in all of a sudden – cookies are enabled and cleared browser cache and finally changed PW but it loads forever and then blank blue screen with Dashboard page?

Please advise – this is my main blog https://theimlifestyle.com

  • It seems to be working OK for me.

    Try:
    – switching to the default theme automatically by renaming your current theme’s folder inside wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder and the wp-config.php & root .htaccess files – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.

    – running the upgrade manually via wp-admin/upgrade.php

The problem looks like it is the theme I am using called Membersonic theme – a child Genesis theme. I was able to login by clicking on the link at bottom of login page that says “go Back To Webiste” but could not access the Dashboard or Plugins.

I changed the theme and can now see the Dashboard.

I will try and delete MemberSonic theme and re-install it to see if that fixes it.

    Will advise…

Don’t post the same question multiple times: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/cant-see-dashboard-5?replies=3

If that is a Genesis or Genesis child theme, those are premium/paid themes not supported in these forums. It’s best to go to the support site where you bought the theme – https://www.studiopress.com/forums/ – for help with customizations and issues. You paid for support when you bought the theme, so you should contact the people who sold you the theme.

These forums are for free themes available in the WordPress theme directory at https://www.ads-software.com/themes/. See https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Forum_Welcome#Commercial_Products

    Mark,

Thank you for your reply but I did not know it was a theme issue. I will contact my theme provider for any further questions related to this issue.

    Thanks again,
