Can’t log in

  • I haven’t logged in for 2 weeks – since the upgrade to 4.7 I believe and today when I try it I get an Authentification Required pop-up that I can’t log into.

    Can you help me please?

  • “Authentication Required pop-up” sounds like the .htaccess password authentication is active on your host for that particular folder. So either you need to get the password to that or remove that if this is your website.

    this error is shw on my site when i change how i change my theme because i cants login my wp admin area

    Thanks, apparently my site was under attack so my web host added an extra authentication. All is good now.
