Can’t log in

I created an account and set up my sites without problem. When I tried logging into my dashboard later on, it claimed the username and password was incorrect. I requested a reset token and created a new password but again, I was met with an ‘incorrect username and password’ error message.

I decided then to create an entirely different account (i.e. a new email address) – and faced the same problem. Additionally, despite my requests to reset my password, no emails have been sent my way.

I have to admit this is the first time I’ve encountered a site where one has to be perpetually logged in or cease use ever again…(!) I hope it’s a glitch.
