Can’t log in

Having created an account and added some items, I am now unable to log back into the store. The password is saved by my browser so is unlikely to be wrong, but in any case I clicked on “forgot password” to reset it. I got a message that a reset e-mail had been sent, but have not received one after more than an hour.
