Can't log in after changing hosting

I recently bought some new domain names, and changed my webhosting package.

I backed up my wordpress subfolders as I knew the wbehost company would transfer all my data including msql databases across to the new domain.

Now I can’t log in at all to my dashboard which is a serious concern.

the blog is still being hosted but I dont know if I should be changing information in the database or the wordpress .php as the domain name has changed.

– the screen just refreshes white after I enter my username and pw details. I KNOW my details as they are unique but even when I select forgotten password, or deliberately enter incorrect details the screen still refreshes white, and does nothing.

.. any help is really appreciated as I am stressing as what I should do next. Any more information required just shout.
