Can’t log in after installation

    Finally got the installation process to run, and it takes me to the page where it gives me the admin account, random generated password. Click onto the log in link, enter admin and the password and all I get is the internet explorer “You are not authorised to view this page” message.

    Any ideas please?

    In opera the message is more helpful (maybe):-

    Directory Listing Denied
    This Virtual Directory does not allow contents to be listed.

    What are the permissions for the WP files/folders?

    It’s windows hosting, and the host resolved it for me.
