Can't log in and…

  • My site updated (auto) to 4.3 and now I can’t login plus some of my pages don’t load at all… I had my hosting company do a restore from several days ago but a few min later I got an email that it updated to 4.3 again and now same problem. It updates right after restore so when they tell me it’s done – bam – too late – I can’t log in –help???
    Also – I have logged in in by changing the plugin folder name and adding an empty plugin folder in its place… but then what?

  • I do not think that you need to add an empty plug in folder.

    However are you able to login with all you plugins deactivated?
