Can't log in for two days – no help

    I’m very frustrated. I am trying to log into www.ads-software.com to work on one of my blogs. I’m already into one of them but when I try to do go to the dashboard of the second it says it doesn’t recognize my username. It is NOT my hosting site.

    I have not had access to work my blog now for two days – and no one to assist. What does it take to get help around here?? Is there no direct phone or email to contact support for a site that clearly has issues?

    Do you know which company set up your site for you? So that we can try to forward you onto their contact avenue.

    Oh sorry, I only thought you were using a company when you asked for a phone or email line to contact. As there’s no company, there is no support line for you. The www.ads-software.com forums are just a place where people volunteer their time to support and maintain the WordPress software.
