Cant log in – get this message and I have no idea what to do.

    I am not that up with code but get this message when I try to log into my site. I had been trying to install the youtube plugin.
    I think I need to add something here as it is highlighted in red but I have no idea [function.require-once] it appears twice as seen below.
    Any help would be very welcome. Please keep it simple. Thank you very much
