Can’t Log In on WordPress site

    I installed the media.net plug-in to place my ads. I got everything set up & it was working fine. The next day I opened my site’s admin & went to sign in through the media.net plug-in to adjust an ad. I entered my log-in info & it signs me in, opens to the media.net dashboard for about 5-10 seconds then logs out again & I am back at the log-in page. I have cleared cache, re-opened the site, sent an email to media.net but nothing has worked. So, now I can’t get into the plug-in to edit my ads at all. With such a pressing issue, I thought I would have received a response quicker, yet not receiving one at all is unacceptable.
