Can't log in or rest password

Hi…My site was working fine yesterday then when I tried to log in this morning, my password isn’t working.

I tried to reset, got the reset email and immediately clicked it and I get this message:

Your password reset link appears to be invalid. Please request a new link below.

I have tried several times and can’t get any further.

Please help.
