Can’t log in or submit new users since upgrade

    Since the plugin updated last week my users can’t log in to make changes to their forms, and also new visitors can’t create their accounts.

    I have a form to submit for approval, then allow the users to log in to update info.

    Seems to be directly related to 2.2.0 update

    Anyone else seeing it or have a resolution?

    This turned out to be a server MODSecurity issue. It appears someone spammed or repeatedly tried to log in and the server locked down to not allow anyone to create or log in.
