can't log in the Admin Pannel

  • Hello. This morning I tried to log into my admin panel but the password didn’t work. Of course, after doing 3 attempts the site sent me a message telling me that I’ll be able to try again on October, 5th. I’ve tried to change the password, and even thou I couldn’t get throu.
    I need to work and to log in before october 5th, cant’t wait too long. Is there any way to do it?
    I’M DESPERATE, PLEASE HELP ME.
