Can’t Log In To Admin side

  • I am the webmaster for my partner’s site. I updated to 5.7 and attempted to setup the ssl and now we can’t get into the wp-admin.

    This is the error message received. 

    Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to genevievemccluer.com. Peer reports it experienced an internal error.

Error code: SSL_ERROR_INTERNAL_ERROR_ALERT

    The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
    Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem

    You should get in touch with you hosting provider to get some support about this matter. Seems you’ve configured a 301 redirect to HTTPS, but actually seems like you don’t have a valid certificate.
