Can’t log in to Appointzilla forum

I bought the paid version of Appointment Calendar and want to submit a support request. The closest thing I see to that is the Appointzilla Forum. However, when I click New Topic, I get told to log in. When I try to log in there using my account credentials, I get a message saying that the login is invalid. If I try to register other credentials (sometimes necessary for forums), I see a form for buying the plugin (again).

Any suggestions?

That page shows no content under the page title. There is an email address in the footer. Is that the preferred way to contact support?
