Can’t log in to dashboard after Fantastico upgrade to 2.6.1

Hi there – I’m new and have tried to find an answer to this in the forums but couldn’t, so please forgive if someone else has already posted on this.

I upgraded my blog, amysjacob.com using fantastico to WP 2.6.1. Now, when I try to log into the dashboard (https://amysjacob.com/wp-admin.php) I can’t. I put in my username and password, and I can’t get to the dashboard. I don’t get any kind of error message – the page just seems to refresh.

I tried resetting my password to see if that would work, and I did get sent a new password from my blog. But I still can’t log in. Does anyone have any idea why this happened and what I could do to fix it?
