Can’t Log in to get API key

  • Hi,
    I need API key

    Have the right id and password (per the email I had sent to me after I did my install) and it still won’t let me in.
    Error message Not the right username. Worked fine Saturday when I set up WordPress

    my user name: pbecker3 used the password I set up Saturday AND the new one I got when I signed up for support. Neither one worked
