    Trying to upgrade my account but this link doesn’t work. I have tried incognito mode & different browsers with no VPN still can’t login.

    Hi there @stepanyanr,

    Are you still running into an issue trying to load the https://account.mailpoet.com/ page?

    I can confirm it’s working well for me, and other users are apparently still accessing their accounts and purchasing new subscriptions, so it should be working OK.

    If you are still having any issues, please let us know. Also, if you are seeing any specific error / message / etc, please include screenshots of what you are seeing on your end.

    I am able to access it now, it got fixed after two days. The problem now is when I log in to the payment plans with the account that is running a free version of Mailpoet the Pricing plans and features offered are different and more expensive then when I log in with a new account.

    Hi there @stepanyanr,

    Thanks for confirming that you are now able to access your account.

    Just to clarify regarding the plans: we are in the midst of rolling out a new plan structure — for now existing users still have access to our legacy plans, while new users are being presented our new plan structure.
