Cant log in to my site

  • I have been using my computer in locations other than my usual one for a few days. When I now try to log in to my WordPress site, I enter my name and password, then I’m asked to complete a simple math problem. Then I’m taken to my site and I try to log in again, and I get asked to do another math problem. And so on..

    No matter how many times I complete math problems or enter my log in details, I can’t log in to my site.

  • you seem to have a plugin which throws maths capctha but it seems to be broken at the moment.

    you need to disable the plugin, login to ftp/file manager provided by webhost and rename the plugin folder.

    your plugins are in /wp-content/plugins folder. after you rename the captcha plugin folder, plugin will get deactivated and you can login.
