can’t log in to site

  • my site crashed yesterday creating an serious error and I can’t get in. I am able to get to see my posts but there is nothing there no new content and I cannot see my posts. When I click anything else I get the serious error message and am kicked out. Please help resolve this matter when I tried to update Jetpack I received an error message saying that it could not be updated due to an serious error.

    These forums are for www.ads-software.com sites.

    You will need to login to your host, and launch the Control Panel –> File Manager.

    From here you can navigate to /wp-content/ and delete/rename the plugins folder – or at the very least, start by deleting the jetpack folder.

    There will also be clues to the issue specifically in your php error logs which you can also typcially access through your Control Panel.
