I can’t log in (wordpress.com/wp-login.php) to edit my website nor can I even ask for a new password (but I know it’s right), because the system tells me that my email doesn’t exist??? (email removed)

I doubt it has anything to do with this but I had to put in a new hard drive yesterday.

  • For a wordpress.com problem go here, https://en.support.wordpress.com/ for support.

ON second thought… I’d like to get support from “.com” but they don’t recognize me, nor my email; and they don’t have anyway I can find to contact them without loging in. does ‘[email protected]’ exist??

I have to have a paid ‘upgrade’ in order to get support right now. Meanwhile I cannot access my website editor….. damn

Who did you pay for this upgrade?

    Try https://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/

Who did you pay for this upgrade?

By that I meant maybe you could go thru the same channels.

I don’t have a paid upgrade. So basically I cannot get any answers until they get back to giving free support. The Support page (link you included) is where I’ve been trying to get information. It says: “Our helpful forums remain open…” I have a logon for their Forum but it won’t work either. I guess I can buy the cheapest upgrade they have and see if I can get some help then….

OK so this is an infinite loop. I can’t buy an upgrade without logging in… So I can’t get support for not being able to log in because I can’t buy an upgrade because I can’t log in. Does someone have a phone number I can call?
I’m going to try my Meetup contacts too.
