• Hello,

Yesterday i was just adding new products to my website and after an hour or two a product page wouldn’t save my updates.I thought i would log out and back in to the admin side of my wordpress site however i couldn’t get back in and still cant manage to.

Yesterday it came up with this ‘ the server is temporarily unavailable to service my request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems’. Today im trying again this error message is no longer coming up its just the log in page refreshing once i press log in and the username and password sections are blank and every time i enter my details the same thing happens.

Please help, i have no idea!

    Kim

  • Hello Kim,

Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via FTP or SFTP, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

    Hope this helps,
    -Kevin
