    Hi, I have been working on my page a couple of days but now I can see nothing, just a blank page https://www.picart.rocks as well it is not possible to log in to the WP panel. Normally I just got a blank page https://https://www.picart.rocks/wp-admin/ I have renamed the plugins and theme folders with a FTP but it didn’t solve the problem. I found after googling a way to get this information out;

    Deprecated: Methods with the same name as their class will not be constructors in a future version of PHP; WP_Import has a deprecated constructor in /customers/1/c/8/picart.rocks/httpd.www/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-importer/wordpress-importer.php on line 38 Warning: include_once(/customers/1/c/8/picart.rocks/httpd.www/wp-admin/includes/plugin.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /customers/1/c/8/picart.rocks/httpd.www/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/include/autoload/vendors/acf.php on line 19 Warning: include_once(): Failed opening ‘/customers/1/c/8/picart.rocks/httpd.www/wp-admin/includes/plugin.php’ for inclusion (include_path=’.:/usr/share/php’) in /customers/1/c/8/picart.rocks/httpd.www/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/include/autoload/vendors/acf.php on line 19 Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function is_plugin_active() in /customers/1/c/8/picart.rocks/httpd.www/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/include/autoload/vendors/acf.php:20 Stack trace: #0 /customers/1/c/8/picart.rocks/httpd.www/wp-includes/plugin.php(525): vc_init_vendor_acf(”) #1 /customers/1/c/8/picart.rocks/httpd.www/wp-settings.php(277): do_action(‘plugins_loaded’) #2 /customers/1/c/8/picart.rocks/httpd.www/wp-config.php(96): require_once(‘/customers/1/c/…’) #3 /customers/1/c/8/picart.rocks/httpd.www/wp-load.php(37): require_once(‘/customers/1/c/…’) #4 /customers/1/c/8/picart.rocks/httpd.www/wp-admin/admin.php(31): require_once(‘/customers/1/c/…’) #5 /customers/1/c/8/picart.rocks/httpd.www/wp-admin/index.php(10): require_once(‘/customers/1/c/…’) #6 {main} thrown in /customers/1/c/8/picart.rocks/httpd.www/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/include/autoload/vendors/acf.php on line 20

    but I have no clue what to do with the information. I did find the different documents and lines it refers to, but what should I do there.

    I am new to all this, but learning, Please help Thanks

    Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

    Hi James, thanks for a quick replay. I did try renaming my plugins folder and my theme with FTP, without success, nothing happened, unfortunately.

    Ok, try downloading WordPress again, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, and delete then replace your copies of everything on the server except the wp-config.php file and the /wp-content/ directory with fresh copies from the download. This will effectively replace all of your core files without damaging your content and settings.

    Some uploaders tend to be unreliable when overwriting files, so don’t forget to delete the original files before replacing them.

    You’re welcome!

    Sorry for waking up this old thread.

    I have the same problem.I cannot access my side. wp-admin gives me a blank page, wp-login as well. Only if I use wp-login.php I get a login screen with this error message:

    ERROR: Cookies are blocked due to unexpected output. For help, please see this documentation or try the support forums.

    What I tried:

    New upload of all wp-files from a new download beside wp-config and wp-content – nothing

    Renaming both plugin and themes folder – nothing happened. (when I do this I get only blank pages everywhere)

    Any other suggestions?

    Hi I have kindof the same issue. I called my hosting site (hostmonster) and the guy helped me try resetting the plugins as well as renaming the files. When I try to get to the log-in screen in Word Press, I don’t even see the boxes to type in my information. The man at hostmonster helped me find the error in the error log, but he didn’t know what to do with it. It says this:

    [18-Jul-2017 15:45:08] WordPress database error You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ‘AND comment_type != ‘webhook_delivery’ AND comment_type != ‘tribe-ea-error’ O’ at line 1 for query SELECT wp_comments.* FROM wp_comments AND comment_type != ‘webhook_delivery’ AND comment_type != ‘tribe-ea-error’ ORDER BY comment_date_gmt DESC LIMIT 10 made by require(‘wp-blog-header.php’), wp, WP->main, WP->query_posts, WP_Query->query, WP_Query->get_posts
