Can't log in with password

It’s working OK for me – It redirects me to the home page after entering “Register”.
Note that it is case sensitive and needs a capital “R”

Thanks for your quick reply. Unfortunately I couldn’t make it work and the site had to go live, so quickly tried another plugin and it worked.

What was happening was this: on my old Powerbook Mac whose plugins etc. are not up to date, if I kept repeatedly pressing the login button once I’d typed in the password (with capital R), it eventually redirected to the page. On my PC, which is up to date, nothing would happen, it would just return me to the login screen, with the password still written in.

I tried to clear cache etc. I don’t have enough knowledge to know where to start looking.

Elsewhere in the web I found a similar login problem, what sorted it out for them was to revert to the WP default theme, and then they found a line in their customised theme, and commented it, and the plugin worked.

Everything is working fine now with the other plugin, but thought you might want to know about the problem. Sorry I can’t recreate it, people are using the blog now.

It might also be able to help me diagnose what that plugin does differently to see why that works for you.
