Can't log into admin after successful clone

  • I just ran into the same issue. but I can add to my situation. can’t login as admin, but could login as another user. but that user did not have admin access.

    I think my problem has something to do with what version of wp I backed up and what version I am running on the clone site. soo as I finish clone and go to login it says database needs to be updated once I do that I can not get it.

    How can I figure out what version of wp I backed up if the old site is down?
