Cant log into admin – [wppb-login] displayed

    Trying to find out how to get around this, navigate to the wp-admin page in order to login and instead of having the email and password input boxes, I just receive the shortcode [wppb-login]

    Tried removing and reinstating plugins via FTP, and also replaced the database to a time when I know it was working; to no avail!

    Any help would be appreciated

    Do you have Profile Builder installed? It looks like you don’t, this is why the forms won’t render.

    Hi Dariusraia,

    Thanks for getting back to me. We do have profile builder installed, also profile builder pro.

    There may be an issue due to the site having malicious code. This was rectified but the plugin was updated at the same time via ftp to the newest version. Could this have an effect?

    Hi, I’ve just been checking through phpmyadmin as I can’t get onto admin area due to the plugin not being available.

    In active_plugins I do not see a string for profile builder. I can add this here however I can’t find a file within the profile builder directory that looks like it would be the right one. i.e. profilebuilder.php

    any thoughts?

    Hello @tp101,

    Please rename the plugin folder through FTP, this will automatically disable it. Then navigate to wp-admin and login through the default login page. This should give you back admin access.

    Then activate the plugin back, delete and recreate the page with the [wppb-login] shortcode.

    I am using the pro version but I am having the same issue. I cannot login from the [wppb-login] form. I duplicated the page and it still does not work.
