Can’t log into Network Admin. It keeps looping asking for username/password

I have a multisite with 4 websites.
I can log into each of the 4 no issue but I can’t access the Network admin.
Everything was working fine yesterday, I changed my user password and this started after that.

Every time I try to click into the Network Admin it brings up the login page and does a redirect loop after the login detail is entered.
If I tried to force the URL and go https://www.xxxxxxxxxx/wp-admin/network/plugins.php then it will log in, but when I click on something like plugin, it will take me to the login page again.

I have tried clearing Cookies and Site Data on all browsers.
Nothing seems to work.
