Can't log into site

I am working with ultimatum theme builder and I’ve done a lot of work since I installed and ran through the BWPS settings. I did not back up before because I had no data. Due to other programs I needed to restart, after restart I can’t login at all. I don’t think I changed the wp-content name because when I log into the server, it is still there but when I go to mydomain.com/wp-admin I get page not found. I have the secret key but don’t know what to do with it!!!! help.
