Can’t log into website

    Hi there,

    Our website https://kingschurchkendal.net/ cannot be logged into currently. Also, when you click the link, there is a bunch of garbled text at the top. Appreciate any help with this!
    Edit: kingschurchkendal.net/wp-admin sign in brings the us to a broken page.

    You need to update your versions of Slider Revolution, as well as “SMK Sidebar Generator” and the “ronneby” theme.

    Hi Steven,

    Fairly new to wordress and also don’t have access to log in due to issue stated above.

    How do I go about updating the slider revolution and the SMK Sidebar Generator, and Ronneby theme.

    You can download those plugins/themes, unzip them locally, then upload via FTP or the file manager app in your hosting control panel.

    The other issue right now is that the previous administrator of this website has left our organization and we don’t have access to the username or password. Is there a phone number I can call to remedy this? I have access to the email listed on the website and can correspond through there as proof of account ownership. I apologize for the difficulty of this matter. Please let me know what the remaining steps are ??

    This article lists 7 completely different ways to reset your password. Any one of them will work and do the job. Find the one that’s right for you and use that: https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/resetting-your-password/ If you need access to hosting, contact 1and1 directly.

    Hi Steven,

    Sorry, have left this for a while. The article had many solutions, but sadly it hasn’t resolved the issue.

    Is there any way to chat over the phone with wodress support? or live chat? It might be easier to explain the issue as sadly it hasn’t been resolved yet ??

    I was able to contact our website hosting provider and they could reset the password on their end. Thx for your help! ??
