Can't Log into WordPress Admin

  • I recently altered the permalink that accesses my server’s root folder. I was experimenting with external access to my server and substituted local host for my external IP address (below)
    https://localhost/run
    https://92.30.47.26/run

    I now cannot enter the admin page as receive ‘Object Not Found
    The requested URL ‘/run/wp-login.php’ was not found on the RomPager server.’     after I add credentials.

    Is there anyway I can access the main permalink file to change back to defaults?
    I’m using Apache on a Windows machine.

    All help would be greatly appreciated.
