Can’t Log Into WordPress and Website Won’t Load

Hello,

I viewed my website yesterday and it was up and running, but today I tried to share a link to it with someone and realized it won’t load. I logged into Bluehost and realized I couldn’t log into the WP admin, either. I did get an email saying some plugins were updated two days ago, so I’m not sure if that’s causing it? My website has been up and running just fine for over a year, and it’s only now that something has occurred. I really want to get it back up, but I have no idea what’s causing it and no (novice) way to go in and fix it.
