Can’t log into WordPress dashboard

  • I am accessing this forum from a separate account as I am unable to log into my website dashboard on WordPress. The website URL is: – however this link does not work right now.

    A few days ago, we had a DNS break and our records accidentally deleted and we can no longer access our WordPress log in. We are working with domain.com to restore our website and our pages are loading bit by bit but we still can’t access the main landing / welcome page as well as our wordpress log-ins don’t seem to work.

    Can wordpress help to restore our account and data and help us access our WordPress site?

    For the HOME page it shows too many redirects so this could help with what you need to do (some hosting side using your control panel) https://kinsta.com/blog/err_too_many_redirects/

    Also, some hosts let you access the WordPress dashboard through the control panel, assume you tried that.

    WordPress sites are entirely self-contained, they don’t connect to www.ads-software.com in any way. If you’ve never posted here before, it makes sense that you’d need to register a new account.

    Can wordpress help to restore our account and data and help us access our WordPress site?

    We can offer advice, as judgerookie has above, but to be clear, we have no more access to WordPress sites than any normal visitor (nor would we want more access than that).
