Can’t log into www.ads-software.com, no prob login re my blog via my webhost

I can log into my blogs via my webhost, but when I want to post a question on these forums, I have to log into www.ads-software.com and that’s where things fall apart. Or sometimes even if I just want to browse this site, I can’t get in.

First it says no user name exists, so I input my email addy, and they send a new password, with the very same username I tried to use.

Then I log in with temp p/w, and change the password. Then I went back to the forum to log in, and same thing happened again!

Also, because of this issue, I want to change my user name, but they tell me I can’t because my email addy is on file. But then if I use the existing user name and email addy, it tells me no such user exists!

I have to go through this every time I log into www.ads-software.com, and several times each session. I thought it was a problem with Yahoo starting last spring, but it’s happening with my new host.

Does this make any sense? Drives me nuts that I have to do this to poke around the forums!

Why this merry-go-round with my user name? I have a file that I keep this info, so I am absolutely certain I am not inputting the wrong info!
