Can’t log out of my blog.

  • I am stating this problem in installation since the problem is the result of my installation and I have yet had the site functioning without a problem since installation.

    It appears that everything else is working except, when I attempt to logout, I am returned to the dashboard, with admin (logout) still above the dashboard area. If I manually return to the site home page, Logout is still shown in the meta area.

    Any clues would be appreciated.

  • Can you please try using a different browser to see if that is the cause?

    You could also clear the cookies in the your browser once, and then login and try to log out.

    A search on google, or these forums should also yield some useful results.

    Well, one way to manually log out is to simply clear your cookies then you wouldn’t have the cookie to be logged in, but I think it’s something more than what you’re talking about.
