can't log out of wordpress blog

Hi I have a wordpress blog ‘www.techwhoop.com’ . It is updated (latest wordpress is installed on it). I have moved my blog from dreamhost to another hosting company. Now when I try to log out my blog from dashboard, it does nothing instead a file(wp-login.php) is downloaded everytime. Please tell me how to resolve it…….. but other tabs are working fine from dashboard, only logout link doesnot working.
