Can’t login

I had the bright idea to take all the wordpress files out of the wordpress folder and put them into my main directory. Now, I get a 404 error every time I sign into wordpress. I can get to the sign in page, IF I enter the page’s name manually into the address bar *if I go to my site’s main page and click on meta I get another 404*. Can someone help me out of this one please?

Actually… the ONLY page that doesn’t give a 404 is the main page. If you click on ANY of the links you get a 404.
