Can't login

I have 2 websites on wordpress. I setup this plugin on wildcatbattalionjrotc.org and it worked fine. I tried to set up this plugin on peaktkd.net and the plugin installs and the buttons are where they are supposed to be, but when I click on the button to login, I get sent to the user login box and I am not logged in. I have tried deactivating other plugins, tried redoing the app in FB, but nothing works. Any troubleshooting directions or known issues?
