Can’t login

It is showing critical error due to some plugin confliction you can check by following

– You can enable wp debug true in config file which is on root. Once it shows error of plugin you can rename the plugin folder from host which is in wp-content/plugins/

Once you done this process your site would run again.

If you have FTP access then in root directory open the file wp-config.php and add this code define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true ); then it will show you the error of plugin then go to wp-content/plugins directory and rename that plugin.

I don’t know how to get FTP access

You can do it from hosting also for that you have to do login on hosting and can do same process i mentioned in last message.

And what is hosting?
