There are many free FTP clients (Filezilla is a good one) and you’ll need to get the FTP information to access your site from your hosting company. It’s really pretty easy to set up and use :).

You are hosted with Bluehost. I think they have Cpanel which enables you to edit, move and delete files and directories. This might be easier –
