Can`t login after moving to new server

Hi! I followed the tutorial for moving to a new server, and everything worked fine. The site is up, and i am ready to login, and hurray ?? i get this message: Error establishing a database connection. The strange thing (for me) is that everyting on the site is up and running, just not the login!
