Can't login and does not recognise my username

  • Really quite frustrated. I can not login to my site and the username I have it does not recognise and I have tried every single password possible and every single email account for password recovery. Not having a phone number to contact or online support is extremely frustrating. I am not a computer whiz I know the basics. Can someone please help.

    I am at a loss as to understand why you found my comments insulting. To ask for something to be written as clearly and plainly as possible is not an insult.
