Can't login and isn't recognising username or email!

I’ve been having trouble moving my blog from my old hosting to a new one and in the process have lost all of my posts but thought I’d just chalk this up to experience and start afresh.

However when I try and login with my normal username and password it gives a message saying “ERROR: The password you entered for the username admin is incorrect.”.

When I put in my email trying to reset the password I get “ERROR: There is no user registered with that email address”. I have the initial email from a few years ago confirming this is the correct address I used so I’m stumped how to proceed really. As it stands my site is back up and hosting (www.beatsandswag.co.uk) but I’m locked out!

Any help would be really appreciated ??
