Can’t login anymore

  • Hi,

    I can’t log in to my website anymore. I think Iàve changed my site domain but now I am not able to enter neither of those.

    Once I try to login form the old one, then I get redirected to the new one and it doesn’t work.

    How can I fix this?

    Can you try forgot password and see if you will get an email from your site?

    Your website still has the old URL https://www.ioriandrea.it somewhere. There are a number of possibilities below with suggestions. Please review them.

    1. Your Database Options still has the OLD URL as the Site/Home URL.
    2. Your wp-config.php file may have the URL coded in there.
    3. Your Server or WordPress Cache may still have the old URL and redirects to it after login.

    Please follow the suggestions in this link to fix the problem.

    But basically edit your wp-config.php file and/or change the settings from the database (see the link above).
