can't login as admin – really need help

  • this just happened out of the blue – was working fine last week now it’s not. I went to login at amsdv.com/login and my admin password wouldn’t work. used password reset, received email, clicked link, reset password. still no luck logging in.

    Got the “Sorry, that key does not appear to be valid” error.

    used the trick adding wp_st_password(‘password’,1); to reset password. went to amsdv.com/wp-login.php and entered admin username and new password. redirects to my themed login page; prompting me to login in again.

    I can register as a new user. just can’t log in as admin.

    Things don’t just happen out of the blue. Something caused it. So, what is the real question/problem here? Does the password reset feature not work?

    i am getting this messege on website login everywhere n by everyone if someone could help me get bsack into the websiter would be helpful Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘}’ in /home/content/29/9455329/html/wp-content/themes/GamesWP/functions.php on line 9 as i stated i get only this no login page or a website. website is https://coldbloodedsl.com/

    I’m not sure what that has to do with the original post. With that said, your error points to your theme, not TML.

    If you still have problems accessing the site, you could try to move the plugin The Theme login to another folder. This procedure disables the plugin. Use FTP.
